Admin Customer Tabs Pro for Shopware 6

Getting a complete picture of a customer means opening multiple screens — one for reviews, another for newsletter subscriptions, another for order statistics. Admin Customer Tabs Pro adds all three directly to the customer profile — visible in dedicated tabs without leaving the page. Three new tabs appear in the admin customer detail view alongside the existing tabs. Click Reviews to see all product reviews left by that customer. Click Newsletter to see their subscription records across all sales channels. Click Activity to see a full overview of their ordering behaviour including turnover, order history and a revenue chart. Everything visible in one place.

Reviews tab:

•  Shows all product reviews submitted by the customer
•  Columns: star rating (1–5), visible/not visible status, date, review title linked to the review detail page
•  Paginated — 10 per page
•  Edit action — navigates to the review detail page (requires product.editor privilege)
•  Delete action — opens confirmation modal before removing (requires product.editor privilege)
•  Empty state shown when the customer has no reviews

Newsletter tab:

•  Shows all newsletter subscription records matching the customer's email address
•  Columns: email address linked to recipient detail, first and last name, sales channel, subscription status, creation date
•  Status values: notSet / optIn / optOut / direct — shown as colour-coded badges
•  Paginated — 10 per page
•  Edit action — navigates to the newsletter recipient detail page (requires newsletter_recipient.editor privilege)
• Delete action — opens confirmation modal (requires newsletter_recipient.deleter privilege)
• Empty state shown when no subscription record is found for the customer's email

Activity tab:

• Summary stats: total orders (paid orders), turnover (paid orders, currency-corrected to base currency), average order value (paid orders, currency-corrected to base currency), first order date, last order date, days as customer
• Orders by sales channel — table showing how many orders the customer placed through each sales channel
• Most ordered products — top 5 products by order count, with product names linked to the product detail page
• Revenue chart — bar chart showing paid order turnover aggregated by month for the last 12 months, currency-corrected to base currency
• All turnover figures use the same calculation as the Shopware dashboard — paid orders only, converted to base currency via currency factor

Any admin team that reviews customer activity — customer service, marketing and account management teams who need a complete picture of each customer without switching between screens.
